7. Lift Your Fingers

Rest your hand on the flat surface, with palm facing the ground.

Now lift your fingers up, one by one and slowly.

Keep them in the position for some time and lower them.

8. Make A Claw

Curl the fingers till the top of your palm to make it appear like cat claw, for 30 seconds.

9. Don’t Forget Your Wrists

Hold the arm straight, and with another hand push your extended hand down, causing a stretch in your wrist. Wrists are also an important part of the hand that needs attention and love as well.

10. Grab A Rubber Band

A rubber band is the only equipment you need for hand exercises.

Place all your fingers inside it and open and close the fingers against the band. It will relax the hand muscles and best overall hand workout.
