Day 1: Combine a cup of water with 1 lemon juice and drink before breakfast.
Day 2: Combine 2 cups of water with 2 lemon juice and drink before and after breakfast.
Day 3: Combine 3 cups of water with 3 lemon juice and drink before and after breakfast and a cup before lunch.
Day 4: Combine 4 cups of water with 4 lemon juice and drink 2 cups before and after breakfast and 2 cups before and after lunch.
Day 5: Combine 5 cups of water with 5 lemon juice and drink 4 cups before and after breakfast and lunch and a cup before dinner.
Day 6: Combine 6 cups of water along with 6 lemon juice and drink a cup before and after breakfast, lunch and dinner.
