So divide your everyday meals in 5 smaller portions with 3 regular meals and 2 snack times.

2. Portion Size

If you are eating healthy meals with clean eating but you are taking a larger amount of portions, it will result in consuming more calories and will minimize the fact that you are eating healthy. Carefully analyse how much amount of food you are eating otherwise it will harm your weight loss journey.
