Numerous designs, tastes and varieties of Cakes can be seen in different cake shops and bakeries. Making cakes in not an art, in start anyone can face little hesitation but when you become expert then it is very easy to make any kind of cake. Here I am telling you another cake recipe whose name is Romantic Rose cupcakes. I am making this recipe as per the demand of my visitors who will definitely like my recipe and will also try at home.
- Beaten eggs : 3
- Natural yogurt : 150ml pot
- Baking powder = : tsp
- Golden caster sugar : 175 g
- Vanilla extract : 1 tsp
- Self raising flour : 140 g
- Melted, unsalted butter : 175 g
- Ground almond : 10 g
For making white chocolate frosting
- Icing sugar : 140 g
- Unsalted butter : 140 g
- White chocolate : 100 g
First preheat your oven at 170C to 190C and take muffin tin of 12-hole along with the paper cases. Take a jug and blend vanilla extract, eggs and yogurt in it. After that put all dry ingredients in to a bowl (large) plus add little salt in it and mix them well.
Add melted butter and yogurt and mix them again. Then quickly fold it with metal spoon or spatula.
With the help of spoon, fill all cases with material and start baking for 20 minutes or until it become golden. Put aside for some time to let them cool. Keep them to any airtight container or freeze as you want.
For making white chocolate frosting: First melt white chocolate on microwave for 2 minutes, stirring halfway and let them cool for some time. Now take a large bowl and put icing sugar and butter in it and start beating until it becomes creamy. Now mix this material in chocolate. You can use this frosting for one month easily in your freezer.
48 hours before serving, bring this frosting back at room temperature and start spreading over cakes. Also place ribbons round the cakes if you like. Keep them away from direct sunlight.
