9. Excess use of caffeine

Drinking two to three cups of coffee in a day is not harmful but drinking more cups can influence sleep and wake cycle. Coffee contains caffeine that can affect your sleep and less sleep means more tiredness.

10. Waking up late on weekends

On Saturday night people used to enjoy and sleep late night as a result of which they wake up late on Sunday morning. On Sunday night these people sleep late due to which their sleep is not adequate. So those people who have same routine in weekends can suffer from this problem.
