The scorching heat of summers is burning us from inside out. And this humidity is killing the death out of us. But summer is also the season in which we arrange the number of huge lunch parties, pool parties, beach fun, and friends or families days out and what not. I know the heat is being a killer but we just cannot stop having fun, right?

So in this killer weather, cold treats are just like something came out from heaven. Ice creams are yummy delights but they aren’t as refreshing as sorbets can be. And when they are made up from fruits they became fuel on fire. I haven’t tried and heard of any sorbet more refreshing and yummy than lemon and raspberry sorbet. It is sweet and sour and cold at the same time. And not as sweet like other artificial flavoured sorbets are because lemon zest; add the natural flavour of refreshing lemons. Hot summer afternoons are the great time to serve these tiny little cold treats and make people your fan. Try these cold monsters on summer pool parties and events and have fun.
