Kiwi prevents the heart diseases and lowers the chances of stroke. It prevents the blood clots around the heart. It controls the formation of fatty deposits and treats the cellulite. Ingredients

  • 1 ½ kilos Fresh Kiwi
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 ½ Liter Water

Procedure

1.  Wash and peeled the fresh kiwi and chopped it.

2.  Take a blender and blend the kiwi.

3.  Stained out the kiwi juice.

4.  Boil the water and let it cool.

5.  When water is cooled, add kiwi juice into it.

6.  Now add honey in it. It is optional if you take this juice without honey then do not add honey.

7.  Pour this juice in clean glass bottle and store in a refrigerator.

8.  Take a glass of this juice daily.
