The recipe that I am sharing with you is the combination of Jalapenos and Mushrooms. The name of this dish is “Jalapenos Popper Mushrooms”. Both these main ingredients are healthy to eat and the taste of this dish is also very yummy.
You can serve Jalapenos Popper Mushrooms at either lunch or dinner time. You just need 1 hour to make this dish. Now I am sharing its ingredients with you.
- Bacon : 2 slices
- Olive oil : 1 1/2 tsp
- 8 Mushrooms (stems eradicated and sliced. Also reserve its caps)
- Cooking spray
- Clove garlic (minced) : 1
- Jalapeno pepper (seeds and ribs eradicated and finely sliced) : 1
- Sea salt : just for taste
- Black pepper : according to taste
- Cheddar cheese (shredded) : 3tbsp
- Soft cream cheese : 3 ounce
How to make Jalapeno Popper Mushrooms?
Take a big size deep pan and add bacon in it. Cook them on medium heat and also turn intermittently until they become brown. Pour slices of bacon on plate. Crush these slices and keep aside. Preheat the oven at 175 Celsius or 350 Fahrenheit. Use cooking spray for spraying the baking dish.
Place another pan on medium heat and add olive oil. Also add mushroom stems, jalapeno and garlic. Gently stir for 10 minutes until moisture is released by all mushrooms and they also become soft. Shift the mixture of mushroom in bowl and add bacon, cheddar cheese and cream cheese. Use salt & pepper for seasoning. Freely place the mixture of cheese on the caps of mushrooms and place them on baking dish. Now bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes so that the cheese becomes brown. Jalapenos Popper Mushrooms is ready to be served. You can serve it with chili sauce.
