Highly recommended amount of fiber needed daily is equal to 24-38grams, which majorly include a certain amount of fruits, grains, dry fruits and varieties of vegetable like potato, tomato, carrots, asparagus, brussels and sprouts are one those healthy vegetables that help in digestion system. Moreover, one must limit the amount of foods that are high in fat number and low amount in fiber, which more include the dairy product like cheese, meat and junk food. In this case, constipation turns to be worse.
