Coconut Oil: ¾ cup

Coconut oil is enriched with fatty acids and all the healthy good fats which gives instant energy to the body and speeds up the metabolism, which results in burning abdominal fat faster. They are also enriched in antioxidants which are good for overall body health.

Honey: ½ cup

Honey does has sugar stored in it but it has good fats which are highly digestive because honey is already been digested by the bee. Raw honey has antioxidants, essential nutrients, minerals and vitamins, and a lot of other good soluble fats which increases metabolism and help you lose weight.

Ingredients:

  • Cinnamon Powder: 1 tsp.
  • Coconut Oil: ¾ cup
  • Honey: ½ cup

Instructions:

Put all these things in a blender and run the blender. Keep this mixture in fridge and every morning use this mixture in a cup of coffee and see the results.
