So for those people, I am sharing a recipe which will help in reducing their extra fat from their overall body and will also maintain their body.

This soup is basically a vegetable soup and if any one of you wants to reduce their weight quickly then they have to drink this soup 4-5 cups daily. Here I am going to share the recipe of Cabbage fat burning soup.

Ingredients

  • Beef broth can : 1 (14 ounce)
  • Chopped carrots : 5
  • Chopped stalks celery : 10
  • Chopped onions : 3
  • Diced green bell peppers : 2
  • Peeled tomatoes in liquid form : 2 cans (16 ounce)
  • Drained cut green beans : 1 can (15 ounce)
  • Tomato juice : 2 quarts
  • Soup mix of dry onion : 1 envelope (1 ounce)

Directions

1.  Preparation time is 20 minutes and cooking time is 25 minutes. You can make this cabbage fat burning soup only in 45 minutes.

2.  Take a large pot and put celery, carrots, peppers, onions, green beans, tomatoes and cabbage. Then add mix onion soup, beef broth, tomato juice and some water to cover all vegetables. Cook all of them until the vegetables are tendered. You can also add salt or black pepper to change its taste as per your desire.

  1. its as much as you want really according to how big a pot you use with this recipe i would say one head of cabbage this recipe i have known for years and it really does work my mother had congentital heart disease and the doctors have you do this recipe before bypass surgery so it does work and if not careful also can be dangerous every other day i woud at small amount of carbs or bannanas becuase its meant to be rapid so the surgery can go well not meant to be on for an extended time i also have added things like broccoli and cauliflower in mine just because i like it and if atkins works also what is keeping you from adding meat as well just another way to advertise something they didnt even make themselves that is why the cabbage was left out lol and this is more like cutting weight you may lose it but you will gain it right back you probably wont eat vegetable soup for life

  2. I Made my own measurements based on the pot I used. I changed the beef to vegetable and put in as much cabbage as I could, tryout can add wild rice or brown rice as well. I lost 5 lb in a week.
