  1. An excellent way to alkalize your body is to squeeze one lemon into a glass. THEN add 1 t. baking soda and 1 T. organic apple cider (if you don’t squeeze the lemon first, the baking soda will fizz out of the glass).

I have immune system problems over 20 years.Last year started healing journey through whole foods(which I’d thought I had been eating my entire life,not pesticides& crazy additives!)I do not have much money so started reading online for advice.I prepare food at home,make sure lots of fiber to sweep out of system,get water picture filter,and learn of herbal drops to use.Hulda Clark and Essiac’s,Cassie spelled backward, good place to start learning how to detox.Thankful to hear you got bulk of it removed.Hang in there, do not panic & you will feel better& better,as nature intended.peace,love,health.
