7. Baked Dessert Goods

All the baked dessert goods are loaded with table sugar, corn syrup, brown sugar, honey, sweeteners, maple syrup, and molasses, which cause oxidative stress.

These goods can also cause hypertension, clogged arteries, and heart failure. Avoid eating them for keeping you away from heart disease.

  2. Hi.
    Low fat yogurts, diet sodas ect has artificial sweeteners and addictives that is much worse than sugar, hence the reason she said to stay away from them.
    If you must use yogurt then use plain yogurt as it’s healthier and safer than low fat or flavored yogurt.
