Green tea is one of the healthiest drinks. It is loaded with antioxidants which help to maintain the body at the molecular level and heals our cells from damage.

It also contains caffeine, which acts as a booster for metabolism.

One study shows that patients were given the extract of green tea for 12 weeks straight and a significant reduction in the number of lupus flare-ups was noticed.
