6. Joint Stiffness

The earliest symptom of arthritis is stiffness in the joints. Stiffness can occur at any time of the day but is more common in the morning when the body is not fully active and also after periods of prolonged rest like sitting in a chair.

The joints tend to feel tight and it is harder to move or move them fully. For some people it may become hard to move to one side rather than the other.

7. Limited Motion Range

Another symptom of arthritis is a limitation in the range of motion. People suffering from arthritis may find that they cannot stretch or reach out for the same range as they used to before.

Exercises can be done to improve this condition and maintain joint range and flexibility
