4. Cardamom

Cardamom is considered as the best healing and delicious spice. It is slightly floral, bright, lemony, and sweet. Pair this spice with ginger, cloves, nutmeg, and cinnamon. It is usually used for healing digestive problems like constipation, indigestion, and gas. It can also reduce mental stress.

Just add a bit of cardamom as it is extremely powerful. For making a smoothie with cardamom, add some coconut yogurt, ground flax, berries, and coconut milk. Also, add some vanilla and ice for making this smoothie more delicious.

5. Coriander

Coriander is also known for its detox and digestive benefits. It is bright, lemony, and sweet. It is available in both whole and ground form. Ground coriander is more subtle and sweet than the whole form. It is mostly added in savory dishes, though it taste amazing in sweet dishes.

This spice can be added in almost everything like smoothies, oatmeal, bars, or cookies. If you are making a vanilla-based or cocoa smoothie, then add a dash of it. You can also combine it with different fruits, vanilla protein powder, cinnamon, and maca.
