4. Vegetable Heavy Toast

For making veg heavy toast, we will use different vegetables. These toasts are best to eat at any time. The ingredients are.

  • Wholegrain bread
  • Mashed avocado
  • Thin slices of radish : 5-6 per slice
  • Thin slices of cucumber : 5-6 per slice
  • Sliced olives : 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil : 1 teaspoon
  • Pepper, (according to taste)
  • Salt, (according to taste)


Mix together all cucumber, mashed avocado, radish, olives, olive oil, salt and pepper. Now take one bread slice and place all these vegetables on it. You can serve these slices in the morning, lunch or evening time.

5. Nacho

Children love to eat cheese that is why we have decided to make avocado toast with cheese. Its ingredients are:

  • Wholegrain bread
  • Mashed avocado
  • Cheddar cheese : 1 tablespoon
  • Drained salsa : 2 tablespoon


Melt cheddar cheese but be careful not to burn it. Take 1 toast and put mashed avocado, salsa and melted cheese. Serve these yummy toasts with your favorite juice at breakfast. Your children will like these toasts very much.
