5. Making sustainable choices

There are countless toilet paper brands that cut down trees and contribute to the widespread wipe of natural forests. Now, every time you poop, it threatens the sustainability of natural forestation, that shouldn’t happen if you want to leave your kids a stable and sustainable ecological system.

If each house in the US decides to buy recycled toilet paper, we can save over 425,000 trees with such a small decision that has no or very little impact on our lives. Also, be sure to avoid toilet papers that contain toxic bleaching properties.

6. Examine your stool

There is nothing disgusting about sneaking a peek into the toilet once you’re done. It is in fact a very healthy and beneficial habit that you must adopt because your poop can give you the first and clearest signs of an unhealthy body and warn you of the early signs of a health problem that you may have contracted. These include, intolerance to certain food items, constipation, watery poop, digestive ailments, allergies, infections and more. The colour of your stool is a great indicator of your health, for instance if your stool is black or red, it indicated haemorrhoids, ulcers and other digestive problems.

Excreting is an essential part of the natural digestive process that your body must undergo in order to maintain its functioning and stay healthy. But if you are pooping in an unhealthy manner, it can cause you some severe bodily ailments. So, take out some time and examine your stool along with your position in order to ensure you’re doing it the healthy way.
