Enjoy your dark chocolate any way you want to, make some brownies, smoothies, or perhaps, devour them as a healthy snack.

Chocolate Pudding with Bananas and Graham Crackers

This appetizing and nutritious chocolate delight will take no more than 20 minutes, and it will serve around six people.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp. cornstarch
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3 whole graham crackers (crushed)
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 1 large ripe banana (sliced)
  • 1/3 tsp. salt
  • 1 ½ cup dark chocolate chips
  • 3 cups of milk (fat-free)

Instructions:

Begin by the placing the graham cracker crumbs equally in 6 custard cups, and use a spoon to press the crumbs neatly onto the bottom of the cup. The, take some bananas to create a nice topping, but be sure to save some for garnishing.

Now, take out a large saucepan, and mix in the cocoa, salt, sugar and cornstarch. Then, add in some milk and stir the mixture. Take out a whisk and combine the mixture until you can feel it turning it a thick pudding. Let it cook over medium heat and bring it to a boil.

Cook it for 2 more minutes before you turn off the heat. Now, add in the vanilla extract and stir well.
It’s time to pour the pudding into the custard cups, and then, cover them up with plastic sheets, and allow them to chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

When you take them out to serve, create a delicious topping with bananas and chocolate chips.
