Daily consume 8-10 glasses of water for combating constipation. During the summer season your body needs more quantity of water as more fluids are lost from body due to hot climate. Therefore, increase your water intake during summer season for protecting you from water deficiency.

Spinach is rich in fiber and magnesium that’s why it functions as best laxative within the body. Leaves of spinach increases the bulk of stool and makes its discharge easy. Bowel movements also become normal and work properly if spinach is a part of your regular diet.
