Bacteria penetrate in the roots of teeth and weaken the teeth. These bacteria also damage the supporting tissue and effect on the bone structure of teeth. At the last you have to face teeth loss. Teeth are a gift of nature, and we should care for it. Receding gums as the first step to losing the teeth. We should control from this point so we can be safe from a big loss.

Green Tea

Green tea has such a composition that is helpful in the development of healthy gums and teeth. According to the Japanese researchers the people who consume a green day on the daily basis they remain safe from loss of gum tissue and bleeding from gums.

Vitamin C

The University of California developed a study and concluded that severity of bleeding gums increase when intake of Vitamin C is decreased.


Eucalyptus has anti-inflammatory substance and germs-fighting abilities. A bottle of mouthwash can develop that is best for gums.


  • 2 tsp eucalyptus oil
  • 1 cup warm water


Add 2 tsp of eucalyptus oil into one cup of hot water and use it as the mouthwash.

On the other hand by regular brushing also have a good effect on teeth and gums. We should do brushing at least two times in a day once in the morning and once in the night before going to bed. We should also use mouthwash daily actually after every meal. These are simple remedies, but it will work wonder.
