12. Skip the Straws
When you are using straw then along with meal some extra air also go into your stomach which is not a good thing. The reason is that this extra air causes serious swelling of your stomach and cause serious issues in your body like fat, breathing issues and all that.
To avoid such type of issues; try not to use straws in your meal and use your hands or spoon for having a meal.
13. Seriously, Only Drink Water or Tea
Now a day’s people use soft drinks and coffee more than normal water and tea which is not a good thing. As soft drinks and coffee to cause bloating in your body and may affect your body seriously. For the time being, these things may digest your food but after some time it starts affecting your body and may affect cells which help to control cholesterol of the body.
It is highly suggested to drink water or tea instead of soft drinks or coffee.
14. Find Fiber; Lose White Flour
Today people are moving towards food which is made up of white flour but the issue with these foods is that these foods contain a low amount of fiber in them. You need a high amount of fiber and this is only in solid foods like fruits, vegetables, meat etc.
