17. Baked Oatmeal with Apples and Pecans

A delightfully filling meal that requires steel-cut oats, baking powder, 1 egg white, cinnamon, sugar-free apple sauce, skim milk, salt, chopped apple, chopped pecans and honey.

You begin by heating the oven to 350°F, and spraying a ramekin with fat-free cooking spray. Then, begin combining all the ingredients, and allow the contents to bake for at least 7-8 minutes. Save the apple, pecans, cinnamon and honey for the last, as they serve as crunchy toppings.

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 egg white

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon, divided
  • 2 tsp chopped pecans
  • 3/4 cup chopped apple
  • 1 tsp honey

18. Tropical Yogurt with Cinnamon Toast
