Coffee flavored ice cream is an after dinner delight. But unfortunately this delight maybe delicious but is certainly deteriorating. As it contains saturated fats, sugar and caffeine.
Although caffeine protect brain from memory loss. But when it is consumed late night it runs the risk of keeping you up at night. Especially for older people as they have a hard time falling and staying asleep.
15. Hamburgers
Over cooking food can be quite dangerous as it causes the buildup of harmful compounds. Cooking meat at high heat changes its color and brings flavor.
The harmful compounds can cause premature aging such as the appearance of wrinkles on a teenager and also loss of freshness on face. Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, diabetes and blurry vision (cataracts) have linked with AGE’s (harmful compounds). Grilling chicken increases the production cancer causing chemicals.
