5. Parsley:

Don’t get fooled by their tiny size and don’t just make them away from your plate because these tiny leaves are full of nutrients like vitamin A. C and the only ½ teaspoon of parsley can fulfil the need of daily vitamin K, which is healthy for healthy blood circulation and purification.

Grow Tip: Parsley doesn’t need much care and frequent watering or sunlight, though it is again an easy plant to grow indoor or outdoor. Just make sure the soil in the pot doesn’t get too dry or too wet. Parsley takes the time to grow but they worth the wait.

6. Thyme:

Thyme is rich in antiseptic and antibiotic properties and it’s been decades since it is being used to treat many respiratory problems like Bronchitis. Thyme has a special ingredient in it called thymol, which is found in Listerine and the other best thing about thyme is it is absolutely calories free and adds delicious flavour to your salads, soups and chicken marinate souses.

Grow Tip: Thyme is a small plant and can be grown inside of your home in a small pot. Just make sure it receives enough amount of the sunshine for its growth.
